Natural Wellbeing
There are times when thinking things through isn’t enough.
When insight doesn’t quite translate into change, and something deeper feels out of reach.
This is often where nature becomes part of the work.
Nature therapy offers a way to step out of the constant mental loop and into a more direct, embodied experience. It creates space to slow down, reconnect with your senses, and begin to notice what’s been overlooked or pushed aside.
Rather than adding more strategies, it supports a different kind of awareness—one that is quieter, but often more revealing.

How Nature Therapy Supports You
Working in natural environments can help to gently restore balance across multiple levels—mental, emotional, physical, and sensory.
You may begin to notice:
-
a settling of mental noise and reduced overwhelm
-
a clearer sense of what’s needed (and what isn’t)
-
a more grounded connection to your body and environment
-
increased capacity to respond, rather than react
-
a subtle return to your own pace and rhythm
This isn’t about escaping life—it’s about meeting it differently.
A Standalone Practice
or Part of Coaching
Nature therapy can be experienced in two ways:
As a standalone intervention
For those looking specifically to reduce stress, reset, or reconnect through guided nature-based experiences.
Integrated within coaching
Blending conversation, reflection, and nature-based practices to support deeper awareness, decision-making, and sustainable change.
Both approaches are tailored to you—there’s no fixed structure, only a considered way of working with what you need.

Shinrin-yoku | Forest Bathing
Forest bathing (also known as Shinrin-yoku) is a guided, sensory-based practice that invites you to slow down and engage with the natural environment in a more intentional way.
It’s not about walking further or doing more.
It’s about noticing—through sight, sound, touch, and presence.
Sessions are gently guided and spacious, allowing you to:
-
shift out of constant doing and into being
-
reconnect with your senses in a natural, unforced way
-
experience the calming and restorative effects of natural environments
Forest bathing can be experienced individually or in small groups, depending on what feels most supportive.
Forest bathing is one of the ways I work with nature in a more focused, sensory-led way. It also forms part of a wider body of work developed through n8tureRx—bringing together coaching, nature therapy, and a broader framework for supporting wellbeing.

How I Work
My approach to nature therapy is shaped by coaching, neuroscience, and nature-based practice. It’s informed by an understanding that human wellbeing and environmental connection are not separate—they influence and support one another.
Sessions may include elements of:
-
sensory awareness and attention practices
-
reflective coaching and guided inquiry
-
gentle movement or stillness
-
seasonal and environmental awareness
-
space for integration between sessions
There’s no pressure to achieve anything in these sessions. The focus is on creating the conditions for awareness, restoration, and meaningful change to emerge.
Is This Right For You?
Nature therapy can be particularly supportive if you are:
-
feeling overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, or close to burnout
-
finding it difficult to switch off or gain clarity
-
navigating change or uncertainty
-
wanting a different way to work on your wellbeing—beyond talking alone
You don’t need prior experience with nature-based practices. Just a willingness to step outside and engage a little differently.
